Thank you for your Sweet Response!
|Recommended: YesGood place for students to live — Great location, affordable, took a long time to get things fixed and taken care of but staff are very helpful, great parking.
|Recommended: YesGood Maintenance — Maintenance worker, name of Clarence Street, did an amazing job with fixing up and replacing things in our unit this morning. Shoutout to him.
|Recommended: YesFridge broke but got fixed — My fridge broke and when I reported it to the main office they got me a brand new fridge the same day. The front of office and maintenance staff namely Clarence, were all very friendly and professional. They showed urgency for my situation and I greatly appreciated them.

|Recommended: YesYou get what you pay for — This place is hella cheap, and in a market like this, that's the best thing you could work for. I knew going into this that there were some issues regarding this place, however, the money It makes it all worth it. I would stand in line for FIVE hours for this price if I had to.
|Recommended: YesSo far so good — The property is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, upstairs neighbor doesn’t seem to understand that they live above someone and people are yelling in the hallways often but that’s nothing against the property.
Dear Karsyn, Thank you for this kind review. If you have any more documentation of this, our managers would be very happy to discuss this with you so we may get to the bottom if this.
|Recommended: YesFrustrating at beginning of lease better with off season — When I first moved in this past fall, there were a lot of issues with broken and not cleaned aspects of my apartment. It was nearly impossible for the first few months to consistently receive help with maintenance. On the off-season for move-ins it’s been better. Salting apartment walkways is inconsistent or nonexistent during winter.
|Recommended: YesQuit good for the room — Facility in the room are good
|Recommended: YesOverall — I always enjoy the additional amenities
|Recommended: YesA pretty good time overall — For a first time off-campus student, the Village at Chandler’s Crossings provides exactly what you need. A comfortable place to sleep, an open area for friends to visit and enough amenities for all residents to enjoy.
|Recommended: YesThe Village — The unit wasn’t ready to be moved in to when we was told it was. The maintenance wasn’t consistent with our requests. We are having to reach out frequently to get assistance and or check for progress in our request.
|Recommended: YesLove it here — I love my new apartment. Super clean and cozy. Area is great and the staff is amazing.
|Recommended: YesReview — Very nice place for the cost. Far off campus obviously if you’re going to Michigan State but has a lot to offer. Maintenance is slow though, have yet to see them complete a maintenance request.
|Recommended: Yes415-B — the amenities are very nice, but when I moved in, the fridge and cabinets were dirty, and a vent was out on the balcony, not yet cleaned with m a huge dirty hole in the wall where it should be
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment, Would Recommend — Everything about moving in was great. There was no issues with finding parking, noise has at this point not been a problem at all. Staff is helpful and responsive. I would recommend strongly considering this location, as I personally have had good success with living here so far.
