Q. Is the lease per apartment or per bed?
At The Village at Chandler Crossing, we offer individual leases by the bedroom, not the unit. For more information, please contact the leading office!

Q. What is included within the lease?
At The Village at Chandler Crossing, moving your child out on their own can be expensive. We try to ease that financial burden with our all-inclusive living. We support families with many student-friendly amenities that are free and included in the overall rent.
There is no additional cost for:

Q. What is your pet policy?
Here at The Village at Chandler Crossing, we’re a pet-friendly community. Please contact the office for more information on age, weight, and breed requirements.

Q. How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent through the Resident Portal here. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to the leasing office!

Q. Is there WiFi in this community?
Yes, there is FREE WiFi in every apartment!

Q. What should I bring on Move-In Day?
On move-in day, please bring a photo ID, and make sure your rent is paid beforehand. Otherwise, be prepared to pay with a money order on the day of move-in.

Q. What is there to do when I am not studying?
Here at The Village at Chandler Crossing, you will have access to a basketball pavilion, outdoor skating rink, 24/7 fitness center, movie theater, volleyball court, swimming pool, TV lounge, and many other amenities to enjoy when you aren’t studying!
